I will tell you that AM, My Pastor, is a risk taker and does not really care what anybody thinks, when sould are at stake.

A called him the other day just to tell him how proud of him I was for his comments at BOTT and the nature of his stand and being so vocal..

He IS probably, one of the most respected voices in our org among the younger to middle generations.
Dan,

I believe he is a risk-taker and a lover of souls ... I love AM ... he's got it DOWN!!!!!!!!

but clearly anyone who takes a position on this ...

especially a different one from established protocol

must have to weigh the advantages vs. the disadvantages of taking such a stand.

That's what I'm saying in regards to to risk ... yes he wants to reach the world ... but he must feel this is going to pass ... or potentially pass ... if he's willing to stake some credibility with the fellowship.

There are two chairmen.

Mark Jordan

Mike Williams
Tommy Hudson
Art Hodges

Anti Resolution:
Ron Mullings
TL Craft
Johnny Godair
Gilbert Pearson
Kevin Prince

As far as a commitment to stay in the org..... those that get out will just say "I change my mind".

Do you have any reasons or insights to believe any them would "change their minds" .... I think by making this commitment one would look like a waffler ... and lose some serious church cred .... if you did.

If it doesn't pass, is the organization going to keep trying to get it to pass or will they drop it?

Would you know if any of the authors of the book were asked to sit on the committee?

I would think that after this resolution coming up twice in the last five years, if it doesn't pass this time it will be a long time(10-20years) before it comes up again..if ever.
