Using this FALSE PROPHET to back your opinion on what the Bible states is the same as using witch craft to validate one's holy magic hair doctrine.
Thanks 1399, you're helping me make a point there with those words -- probably unintentionally.

My apostolic doctrine has never rested on what Martin Luther said.
And you'll be hard-pressed to find ANY "3-stepper" doctrinal writings that rely on Martin Luther's position to back up their beliefs.

On the other hand...

MANY, MANY one steppers, (Pentecostal, Protestant, Evangelical, etc) have fallen back on Martin Luther's words [when it suited them] to support their doctrine.

So, in reference to your earlier point, we can ask the question: what side of the issue (1-stepper or 3-stepper?) continually refers to the writings of Martin Luther [the false prophet] to support their doctrine? I think the answer is clear.

yikes! foiled again!

that wasn't my intention at all. I was trying to draw to attention to the fact that it would be very inconsistent for a "three stepper" to try to quote Luther to support his supposition when Luther clearly is not Apostolic, in the sense that we are familiar with.

I wouldn't seriously call Luther a FALSE PROPHET, but I know many others who would.

I believe we are saved by faith.

"Three-steppers" say they believe we are saved by faith. But it isn't what they practice.

They usually have a performance mind set that starts with their insistence that one must speak in tongues in order to verify their salvation.

That's not saved by faith-- that's saved because one spoke in tongues.
