Well..................history is not on my side, for sure!  The Cubs have to win some day, so it might as well be THIS YEAR!!!!!

I've prayed that God allow me to see ONE World Series Title for the Cubs before I die!
I'm almost ready to lower my expectations to at least having the Cubs playing in the World Series!
If the Cubs win, my life will be complete, and the Lord can then come for his bride!

Since the last Chicago Cub championship:
40 summer and winter olympics
5 states added to the union
11 ammendments to the constitution
16 US presidents
2 times Haley's comet has passed
100 B-days celebrated by Mr. George Burns
