I just linked up with Brad W. on Facebook. He was my boyfriend for about 10 minutes when I was a kid. Okay, it was a whole week of church camp at the Mo-Ark campground.

Ummmmm...

I'm boring myself. Usually I enjoy my own thoughts.
Ah, the Tin Lizzie!

That's where my graduation banquet was held back in '85. lol

Remember the old car they had for a salad bar?

That was a neat place.

Do you remember the restaurant called the Jonboat? It was down by the river, and not to far from Fred's discount store.

Anyhoo, the Jonboat had a salad bar that was, well, a jonboat.

That's where me and my sweetie went on our very first date.

I can't believe you don't remember Don's Drive-in. Don's, otherwise known as Plaza Drive-in, was THE hangout for all of my mispent youth. Arcade games, gooey chesseburgers and breaded mushrooms. They even had a jukebox!

I don't remember the Jonboat or Don's! I do remember the car salad bar.

There's some pizza place there now that's decent...can't remember the name, though.

They have one of these in Jackson, TN. We'd heard it advertised on the local Christian radio station and decided to stop in there for lunch one day after a doctors appointment. I couldn't believe how much better their pizza was. Pizza had always just been pizza till we went there. Theirs was different. Not sure how to describe it really, but it was really good pizza. We mentioned it was our first time there, and we stopped because we heard the ad on the local Christian station, they gave us a 10% discount on the meal.

Vodka
Kahlua
Bailey's
Cream

No chocolate. Sorry.

Oh! Maybe you had a Mud Wrestle! Same thing, except Creme de Cacao instead of cream.

Or maybe it was a B52? Were the ingredients layered, vs mixed up?
