The Nations can't enter the city so they have to eat leaves outside the city.
Only commandment keepers are immortal and don't need leaves. But the Nations can't get into the city, therefore they aren't immortal. So, they eat leaves.

The Nations can't get into the New Jerusalem? The Bride is resurrected 1,000 years before the Nations are resurrected. But in the 1,000 years the saints are kings and priests reigning with Christ. But Brother Jesses asks who are these saints are ruling over? Because the Nations haven't been raised up yet. But the kings and priests rule over the Nations but the Nations aren't allowed into the city, but eat leaves to be healed. Wedding party both good and bad, but there is one who doesn't have a wedding garment and he gets cast out. That's the Nations. Welcome in my good and faithful servant is the Kings of the earth which are the immortal saints who bring their glory into the city. The Nations can eat the leaves, but the Bride doesn't eat leaves.
