I'm quite sure that there are people on this forum who consider you a liberal, Prax, but you know what? You can't change people's perceptions, they're going to believe what they want to believe.

I don't think it really matters what others call us or what their perception is - are you settled in your own beliefs? And by YOU, I mean all of us.

If you compare my views to those that really say they are liberals or Conservatives you'd see that I am closer to moderate-conservative.

If you read the posts here some of they have declared liberals have no lines, can do whatever they want. That is a flat out lie even for most "liberals" and certainly for anyone that is moderate or conservative.

All Liberal, moderates, and Conservatives have screaming preachers. You have Liberals that preach against dress codes, and you have Conservatives that preach the bible.

An observation from someone with an axe to grind? You can't be objective. You've dropped hints several times now on this forum about your "old" church.

You tried that at GNC and now you are doing it here, despite saying how sorry you were and how changed you were and how you have moved on, you continue to do it.

I'm sorry, I just keep seeing all of these references to "Christian Rock" concerts and what goes on at them. I am curious as to where you are getting your information? I am assuming that you don't go to them, based on remarks you have made.

The reason that I ask is that I have been to quite a few of what you would call Christian "rock" concerts. And I have never once seen anyone head bang!

I did see the lead singer of one band step out into the crowd and walk back through the audience on chairs, stopping to ask for testimonies from the people.

At another concert I saw the lead singer of that group being briefly carried through the crowd, but not body surfing by a long shot. I have been in the pit right up next to the stage before, and have never experienced a "mosh pit".

So, I am confused about where these things are happening, you seem to imply that these are common occurrences, but I have been to a fairly wide variety of concerts and have never seen anything like what you are describing.

We had a christian concert like 6 years ago or so. 1Cor did not go yet he feels he is an expert to speak. The music was good. Some of the kids were jumping up and down. They were not banging their heads or anything. The music was like Lifehouse.

Since then the only concert we had was one that featured some rappers, gospel and preaching. Nobody head banged or danced or did anything. At the end we had an alter call full of young people seeking the Lord and praying through.

Despite the fact we preach Acts 2:38, Oneness and standards we are labeled by this guy as full blown liberal. It was really more of his attempt to slam my church and attack me. I know this guy. This is how he operates. He did this at GNC too.

I don't know what you're talking about and I don't have no axe to grind. I never mentioned what church I use to attend.
