"All Muslims are lost" demonstrates an intrinsic misunderstanding of Christ, that a doctrine, obviously, has fostered. When a doctrine causes one to forget humility, it has become of no effect.
How can the bible teach a doctrine about being lost through salvation by works, and leave a person without humility just because hey relate it?

It is a doctrine. Lol

You contradicted yourself. You mocked the idea of a that truth of loving our neighbours as ourselves being a doctrine. Then you claim it is a doctrine. Again, you must not know what a doctrine is. You have some kind of ritual idea in the term doctrine.

I agree. But you rally do not agree. Put the doctrine, that you formerly said was not a doctrine, and also preach the other doctrines of the bible that say salvation by works sends a soul to hell, and you are doing what the word of God says and cannot go wrong.

But somehow you believe you cannot abide by the doctrine of love towards all at the same time you preach the other doctrine of salvation by works sending a soul to hell.

Respond to that.

Please explain. Also, tell us what doctrine is. Tell us why the bible said salvation by works leaves a person lost, and put that altogether with how the same bible says to love everyone. Tell us how to rightly divide the word in all those areas at once.

Re: Question about Acts 2:38: What about the marty

It is my understanding that the bible does NOT teach love God as thyself. God is supposed to be paramount in everything one does. Love God more than thyself....

Luke 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.

Love thy neighbor as thy self. Love God more than thy self. Then again if you love God like you are supposed to loving they neighbor isn't so difficult.

Re: Question about Acts 2:38: What about the marty

Eph 2:8-10 KJV For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: (9) Not of works, lest any man should boast. (10) For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Here the bible forbids salvation by works. people who save themselves by good deeds may not show pride, but God knows in the heart is the compulsion to glory in self knowing that self, not God, brought salvation. Faith demands God get glory, for if He does the work through the cross to save us, then we have nothing to glory about.

The bible teaches one will glory in self, whether one shows a cloak of humility or not.
Col 2:23 KJV Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.
Asceticism is salvation by works. Ascetics think the harsher they treat themselves the more they are holy. But it all boils down to self saving self. And Paul stated it is will worship. Since one uses will power to save oneself, then one will worship one's own will. And it is a mere show of humility, but deeply arrogant inside. It does nothing to satisfy the problems of the flesh. They're still there,

Shazeep, how can you say Muslims who live by salvation by works can be saved in light of these passages? Explain yourself.

mike, it is as simple as understanding that all Pentecostals are lost, because they are judgemental. But don't worry, i am here to help you by sharing the gospel to you. I'm sure you will accept this correction whole-heartedly. Btw, you didn't get baptized right.

granted, that was shorthand. The point is that when one feels qualified to start pointing fingers, they are not doing either.

Are all pentecostals judgmental? Why does being pentecostal make a person judgmental?

Again, it is not being judgmental to repeat what the bible says. If the bible says a person is lost if they seek salvation by works, then it is not judging to say people who seek salvation by works are lost. It is repeating what God said. How is that judgmental?

According to you you are being judgmental.

Sorry, you do not believe giving people biblical statements is right. You say it's judgmental. Prove to me I should listen to you.

are you like maybe just a little bit hung up on disqualifying people you don't even know based upon this preoccupation with salvation by works? If you have seen that salvation by works is pointless, then by all means do not practice salvation by works. I never said anything about Muslims, period, except that you are deceived if you imagine that you are qualified to judge them based upon your dogma, or, failing to understand how your own dogma makes that impossible, your doctrines. Carrying one's cross has implications for where your eyes might be cast that just are not being comprehended here. You are obviously still trying to justify the phrase "All Muslims are lost."
