Jesus - right now, we bring this baby before you - You knew him when he was formed in his mother's womb. You know all the intricate details of his little body - we are asking you right now to touch his body and knit the broken organs and vessels together - make him every whit whole - IN JESUS NAME!
And we ask you to please touch his mother and daddy - let the peace that passeth all understanding flood them RIGHT NOW !!!! Give this grandmother peace and wisdom - strength to be a support to her children! We thank you because YOUR peace is sufficient for every situation!
Thank you, Lord for hearing our prayers - we are trusting in You and leaning on You!

Thank you so much!!!!
This is how we left him tonight. My son took the picture and sent it to my e-mail.
P.O. - my heart is breaking for you and your family, this has to be so hard on all of you to see him like this. All I can say is .....
.......... but God.....
So thankful we know HIM!

Also PO, you know that my wife and I have been there. We were in the NICU for weeks, had to do the monitor at home, the CPR classes, and probably a bit more because ours was so premature...but God is in control and the doctors really were doing what was best. We will continue to pray because I know that enduring the process is always tough.
Thanks! Yes, I remember, Stew and you all made it through!!! It's so up and down - I hate this!!! One minute he's going home and the next, he is not!
Well, the X-ray came back fine. They said his lungs look better than they did last week. That's a good thing. One staff test (I think that's what she said) came back okay. They have another that will take 48 hours. His heart is okay. He just needs more time. The "Whimpy White Boy Syndrome" - so they tell us. LOL!
She was nursing him and he turned blue. Maybe too much milk for him at one time. It just lasted longer than normal. So scary and sad to hear her crying and saying that she was helpless and couldn't do anything for him. She said he lifted his little hand and looked at her as if to say, "Mother, help me!" I know that feeling, because it happened to her when she was a baby. Scary stuff!
Thanks for the prayers! I'm glad to hear someone has been through this (you and Ferd) and can give us some encouragement! I appreciate it!
Everyone has been so good to pray for this little monkey! And you are right, Stew, enduring the process is very tough!!!

What a beautiful prayer you lifted up, Sweet Pea!!! Thank you!!! I was so distraught I could hardly pray without having some fear mixed in. I was trying so hard to have faith!!! I feel so tired, but probably not as tired as my daughter and her husband!

It is scary and so frustrating because we are so helpless and dependent in times like this. However, it is always good to remember that we are not just dependent on doctors and nurses that we don't know, but a God that we do know. Even the last pic that you posted with him under the jaundice lamp brought back memories. It was scary looking at Adan look so small surrounded by so much big equipment, but I always had to remind myself of the God that surrounded us all that was bigger than it all.
I believe God!!!

Still praying and I applaud the hospital - - seems they are being very cautious and attentive! God had a plan for her being early so they could be in their care.

Yes, very scary and frustrating!!! Frustrating because they are saying his heart and lungs look good, YET, he keeps having issues. Just way too frustrating.
I guess some days, honestly, I've been wound so tight I was thinking, "Yes, can God, but will He?" Don't like when I think that way!

It only gets better, LOL! NOW, she is running a temperature of 103!!! Since she is officially checked out, they have sent her to ER. She won't be able to enter the NICU to see him until she is better.

I know y'all are tired and weary. But, just keep holding on. Because you know HE is faithful, let that increase your faith. And it is natural to be scared. Praying for y'all.
