Don't be guilty of the same thing you accuse the UC of. Turning scripture into a weapon so that you ain't got to say the words that others are not being kind, or longsuffering or gentle. That is the implication your statement had was it not?

Do you know the context of the verses you quoted?

Are you someone special that we must bow to? The Anointed One of the LORD? The NT actually has changed that dysfunctional view and told us to treat everyone with grace and love. Did you know with the Holy Spirit you have the spiritual capacity to prophesy? That means we are all (technically) able to be prophets.
