To be fair, the rich see it as protecting their assets, and simply trying to get richer. They see eye collusion with politicians as their freedom of speech, they can't help it that politicians are more than willing to hear their money over the cries of the people. They see it as fair though, because of any average person had their money, those persons would have the politicians too.
The arguing over race, color, gender, language, religion, sexuality, etc. is only a distraction to keep us divided. And three media, which they also own, fans the flames hourly.

But it is always the wealthy and powerful who rule. Has nothing to do about race. People who can reach out and have you removed from the herd are the ones who control the herd. You and I can stand on our soap box all day and beat our tin drums. But the truth be known that our words are just that words. Unless you have some juice you can't make a real difference as far as the politics go. No one cares, because they have to go to work every day with the real struggle. They have their own problems, and those are their main focus. Meanwhile the rich and powerful are working on The Grand Chessboard. Illuminate, hand wringing evil Jewish banker, Roman Catholic Jesuit, Masonic Reptilian Globalists are scary bedtime stories created as distractions. It all comes down to the rich and powerful, those who have money, and who know how to use its lubricating qualities.

Someone could have Sean Google it and check the date. Anyway, the government from time to time comes up with these ideas to keep the rank and file in check.
Please everyone pray for Brother Jerry Cox, what he is getting is a raw deal.

Seems that money is a tool. I don't buy Aquacommie's classic Marxist attempts to frame everything in the pidgeonhole of "class struggle". But obviously, the world's Golden Rule is "those with the gold make the rules". (Side note: advances in technology and the fact that money is essentially digital VR nonsense may provide for a shift away from mere "money" as the basis of power...)
But, I do believe there are groups of wealthy people, who preserve their wealth and power and use it across multiple generations to accomplish very long term goals. Wealthy people associate together, and they associate within cliques. These cliques are what us peons call "Illuminati groups", or "Zionist groups", or power blocks within the Vatican, etc etc etc.
In counterpoint to some people's wailing and Borg Syndromes, I'd like to offer Deuteronomy 8:18 as a Clue to the next level of the Game...

You are my brother.
When I was reading our resident pinko's post I could almost hear the Internationale in the background. Keep in mind that he claims that he keeps his girlfriend hard on the treadmill so they can afford to live far from the poor. That is the deal with all the bleeding heart liberal socialists who want to relieve the sufferings of the poor, just as long as they don't have to live with them.

Do you understand what a felony conviction entails?
Don't go look it up on Google and then come back to me and post a bunch of garbage. You posted he "only got?' Seriously? Really? Only got? You quoted (poorly I might add) me saying that we should pray for Brother Cox, his ministry, and family. You then make your comment that he "only got" probation and a felony record????? Tithesmuncher, how old are you?

Re: Pastor Jerry Cox makes the news
Read through this whole thread again. Such a sad and terrible story.
I don't work in fraud investigation anymore, but still believe the law traps innocent people as much, if not more, than criminals.
I have a new reason for the guilty plea though. After the past year and a half of the Mueller fishing and hunting expedition, I've read that fighting against the government is not just a near impossible feat, but also a very costly one.
General Michael Flynn is a good example of why most will plead guilty, even if innocent. After a career of military service and other public service, he may not have been rich compared to those on Forbes' list, but he was well enough off to not have many worries about finances. Until Mueller targeted him in his fishing and hunting expedition, that is.
At first, Flynn fought the charges. Doing so forced him to sell his home, liquidate his investments/savings and he eventually resorted to crowdsourcing for his legal defense fund.
I believe Bro. Cox simply pled guilty to avoid losing everything. It should concern and anger us that the government can not only bankrupt, but also force an innocent party to plead guilty in order to try and keep from losing everything.
I hope Bro. Cox and his family are well. I also hope no one here has to go through this kind of ordeal.
