Please, give me more of your opinion. It's so valuable. And you can begin every post with IMO, just so I'm certain!
Your perception of anger is not real. I'm quite happy today!

OK another opinion! Reading your post I percieve you must have attended JCM!!

Yes we have, you did, and apologized, and are forgiven. Just don't let it happen again.

I've played for artist and groups before and I never wavered from my beliefs or my roots. Just because this young man has been given the opportunity to play for an artist does not mean he's going off the deep end. You need to get off of him. I think he's been unfairly mischaracterized and assulted for no valid reason.
Other Oneness people have been apart of productions and musicals, concerts, etc outside our church settings and have not been attacked like this.
What if this is an outreach effort to the community? What's wrong with making your church more visual in your city? We've done many of these events in my community and there has NEVER been a problem.
I wish this person the very best in all of their endeavors!
I think you all are making a big deal out of nothing!

Hidden jealousy, hidden anger, hidden bitterness, likely all the above. I've heard about this infamous Western District. And thanks to some PMs today, I was very enlightened.
Does anyone know who the original poster was? They've never responded. Always good to thrown down the biggest accussation and then run away like a good arsonist.

I am confused somewhat.
I do appreciate there is too much rumor mongering and making fun of true conservatives here.
But you keep mentioning a NW and Mary Madeline thread, and how much NW et al have been personally maligned here.
And yet I can find no postings to that effect.
Is that because ADMIN found them unsubstantiated and irresponsible?
If so KUDOS to Admin.
God bless the WPF.

Well I'm sorry Brother but I have a right to my opinion just like all the others expressed theirs.
I know what's it's like to be brutalized for things like this, black balled, told you've gone charismatic, doors closed in your face, etc

Haha. You may or may not be correct. I don't want to affirm, else JCM gets pulled into this somehow. Incidentally, of course!

Incidental, means something is the exception and not the norm. It deals with the mission, purpose, or otherwise objective of church (in this case).
|
I understand that. But most interviewers intoduce themselves as who they are and what media they are with. In doing so if the interviewee did not wanna appear on TV they could walk. I do agree with you on incidental appearences. Man you have me arguing about something that I do. I am on TV with my business and I will watch TV when I get home if my cable bill got paid!!

Yes, the Admin did the right thing. It was a post from yesterday that was up most of the day. Some of the accusers are still on this post and just as relentless.

Well, children, now class is dismissed. You have been a splendid illustration for Travin's class today.

Ah, condescension. Such an effective tool when seeking meaningful dialogue.
