I agree, but for some to say demons have nothing to do with any given sin is error, too. Devils tempt us, whether they enter our lives or not, ALL THE TIME.

His last cd, "Carry On" made me think he was leaving Christian music. I never would have imagined that Ray Boltz would have struggled with this sin.
I definitely would never have thought that this man would simply embrace any sin. His music has really encouraged and has helped me in my walk with the Lord.
This is a sad thread.

Sounds like they are wanting to make any money they can before no one wants to buy any of it after they learn of Boltz' lifestyle.

You haven't missed much actually. Just a fella singing a few gooey songs that bring a bunch of people to tears, but doesn't say anything about how to be saved, how to destroy sin, or how to live a Godly life.
THIS cracks me up, how he is one of the charasmatic artists the apostolic church fell in love with...well, on second thought, it doesn't crack me up, it really IS pretty sad.

Romans 1 is very enlightening. Worshipping the creature more than the Creator is a step down the road to perversion.
Musicians and people whose gifts help lead people in worship have to be very careful or they will begin to subtly lay claim to the accolades and the worship that accompanies their music.
Homosexuality is a perversion, a self-love so great that one is attracted to a mirror image of what they are rather than the opposite. It is a form of sexual narcissism.
This is why musicians are particularly vulnerable.
