word of knowledge came few times. I prayed for a man and as I prayed it came to me a coworker was mocking him for being a Christian and God would step in. he let me know that was exactly the situation.
gift of prophecy definitely works with me. have given several prophecies. one prophecy was exactly about the scripture the pastor was going to preach and exactly the thought of his sermon before he gave it.
Basically, something let's you know-that-you-know God wants to use you at a specific moment.

Ohh that has happened to my husband a few times. He once was being mocked at work and God gave him a word to tell the person mocking him and it came to pass what God had said. My husband is very humble and quiet so it wasnt delivered with ill feeling.
And once God used him in word of knowledge, He showed him someone who was struggling with alcohol and it was verified that was true.
In the past before we met, he spent ALOT of time studying and praying (since he was single and had lots of time..lol) and He went to bed and prayed for God to show him how He wants him to serve Him. And he dreamed of a HUGE hand with a pointing finger open the Word and the pages were flipping fast and the finger stopped on Acts:2:36 and a voice said "Read". He woke up right after this and it was very cold in the house so he went back to sleep and thought to himself he would read it in the morning. He went back to sleep and dreamed the exact same thing and it woke him up and this time he got up and read.
This was probably 15-20 years ago. He asked for the meaning to be revealed because he wasn't sure he knew. He wanted a strong confirmation. Since then he has had a strong desire for witnessing the Godhead and has converted several people to the truth.
Currently we both have been feeling like God is trying to do a work through us.
Well this subject came up the other day and we were chatting about it and later that week he turned on preaching on his phone and that the speaker quoted
Acts 2:36 and we both were like WOW.
Yesterday as I was reading the word (Book of Isaiah) I felt a strong urge to go to the verse in his dream and read. So I did and I felt to txt my husband right then and tell him that God wants to use him to spread the truth of the Godhead (of who Jesus really is) and later that evening when he came home from work he told me that LAST NIGHT at church he prayed that God would use ME without him(my husband) having to ask me to confirm what he felt his dream meant!!
AND days before this, I had been praying for the Lord to use me and show me where to serve Him!
