KWSS1976 - did you hear what was said or what the plan is? Did the Judge suspend this motion as well?

He will walk anyway the pictures of his busted noise and head will do that just by themselves I am even really suprised to see this even in court.

Yea they are in Recess so the witness can get the email together to send over that both the Proc. and Defen did not have and the Prosecution is not happy at all with that..lol. The document threw a monkey wrench in the Prosecutions game plan.

I can't say how disappointed I am with this witness and motion. I was really interested to see how someone was able to extract "I'm begging you" and "stop" from what I've heard in the 911 call. And then to have this dude on skype talk about how he used Sound Forge, something available at Best Buy, and not just how he used SF, but how he had to type in what he thought was being said and had the software say whether or not it was accurate.

So disappointed. Waste of time.

I feel terrible, because this should be serious....but I'm laughing my rear off right now with this witness, the loud audio feedback, the annoyed Judge, the incredibly calm defense attorney - dude is slick, and the pros.

Nice...questioning on the latest software version all they have to do is bust him out and say thats a old version and there is a newer version which there probley is and thats were they are going with this..
