Listen to Ted Cruz address the issue. It hurts the small business owner more, Prax. They would have to collect sales tax, nationwide, for around 9,600 tax jurisdictions. They should only have to collect for ONE state. Not only that, but be subjected to the same regulations as multi-million dollar business who have warehouses. Don't tell me the bill is not onerous for them.

Whether it hurts them or not is not why this was passed. It was passed to grab MORE tax dollars.

That's NOT what you said. You said "THIS" referring to this bill.."Is about major corporations TRYING to destroy ma and pa" as IF that is WHY this bil was passed

And I disagreed and still do that the REASON this bill was passed was TO COLLECT MORE TAX MONEY by our ever bloated government and their spending habits.

In particular this is probably a means of helping States collect more money so they can afford Obama Care

I agree with your points on the broader issue. But, at the end of the day, it hurts the small business more than anyone. No matter your reasoning behind the bill. Any time Congress creates a tax burden, it hits the mom and pop the hardest.

Being concerned about the effect it has on small business is ONE ISSUE but the ISSUE I addressed was YOUR precise and exact words that this was a concerted effort BY big business to harm small businesses and I disagree. This is about big government taking MORE tax money.

No we are not. You are being a lot of things I am not allowed to post.

And no I am not being stupid. If you meant to say something OTHER than "it's about big corporations doing X" and instead mean "Oh this will hurt businesses" then at least take the responsibility to admit you don't know how to communicate your ideas effectively or just be honest and admit what you REALLY meant was what you posted...that this was big corporations getting our government to pass this bill so THEY can hurt small ma and pa stores...which is what you actually DID say and what I disagree with.

That is NOT why this bill was passed. It was passed by a money greedy government wanting to get MORE of your money
