I would vote for Colin Powel before Huckabee, but Mr. Powell won't run.

Re: Newt 2012

Anyone but Palin on the ticket, a huge liability and a candidate that won't win! Bless her heart, I like her, but not on this stage.

Newt would be a solid choice. Americans have short memories. Joe Biden even won forgiveness after be a plagiarizer and liar. Bill Clinton has high approval rating even after the Lewinsky scandal. It's his past -- but as an aged man, he's a wise sage, and perfect for the Republican Party right now. No one has a handle on practical history like he does. Articulate. Smart. A many with many lumps is the kind of wise man we need. My opinion. We don't need an unproven talker, we need someone we KNOW has real ideas and is conservative.

I think by 2012, Palin will be more of an asset-- or at least she should be.

She was a huge liability for Sen. McCain this time.
The only bigger liability Sen. McCain had was his judgment in selecting her.

She was a good choice as far as tokens are concerned, but her ignorance was just too much to wink at.

With ACORN being funded by our tax dollars, do you think we will ever have a President in the future from any other party than the Democrat party?

Didn't seem to be a problem for Obama!
