Come to think about it.............isn't walking on stilts or standing on a box considered lying? Utilizing stilts or a box would only give the impression that you're taller than you really are.

Re: Bro. Steve Epley...the countdown begins....
Tonight's the night. He is on his way. We are really excited for him and his good wife to be here.
If he can get me prayed through, he'll accomplish a feat that hasn't been done by many a preacher, though they have tried.
I'll take some pictures tonight an try to post them as soon as hubby downloads them from the camera. ( I am a dummy when it comes to that stuff.) DON'T EVEN GO THERE....I know I'm a dummy most the time, but really bad when it comes to electronic anything.....

He is not known for his lengthy preaching. I don't think I have ever heard him preach long and I have heard him preach many times...but it has always be really good

I have never heard him preach, but I have been told that this gentleman is an awesome man of God and can preach the word.
I will keep you posted on how things go...like I'm sure you all wonder...anyways...looking forward to it.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

I that has to do with being short. He has less lung capacity and therefore he gets tired more quickly.
