You are right Tamor! I was just telling someone that we can't hope he fails because that would mean more heartache for us.... I did not want obama in office. I did my part and voted and that's all I can do....

I can rest in the fact that my life is in God's hands and not in obama's.... or any other man....

Exactly. Same here. I exercised my right to vote against him, but if he "fails", we all suffer.

Obama is an illegal alien......the constitution needs to be upheld. If I have to present documentaion of my US citizenship when I go apply for a $6.50/hr job at a 7-11 store then Obama also has to to be President. For those that want to take action:

You know.... I was just thinking.... that while even though yesterday seemed like doom for many people, I am looking forward to seeing what God is going to do... With the economy the way it is, the world in the shape it's in; it will be nice to see God's people "making it" through!

When money is tight, I believe God will still make a way for faithful to pay bills, put gas in the car and food on the table.

When people are consumed with depression, fear and hopelessness, God's peope are going to have that peace that passes all understanding...

God's people will find favor, when it seems like there's no favor to be found!

There was another thread about "need extra police" or something like that about people rioting if he lost. I made a statement that I felt like people would cause a problem if he won (my main thought being people wanting to succeed from the union like during the civil war....causing a civil war).

I stopped reading this forum for a long time during the election process because of the hatred and dirty words covered up in things like "muslim"...."liberal"...."Osama".

Guess I need to stop reading it again. Its sad that people who claim to know the truth are so....mean. McCain is no more or less of a Christian than Obama. Just knows what to say. If McCain came and wanted to pastor one of your churches you'd have a hissy fit cuz you know he is not "saved" like you believe in salvation....never understood how he could still be called a christian by you.

Oh well....guess I need to just stop reading and trying to understand the mindset of "some" Americans.
