But under Ohio's laws those can be more than just registrations.
Each can be submitted as a vote by ACORN whether the person who signs up multiple times even knows it or not.

I'm sorry Sam but according to your state election law you are not correct. Below is a link that will help you understand your Ohio election law a little better.

Re: Fox News: Fair & Balanced

First, ACORN should be shut down because they have a history of paying bums on a per person basis to register people to vote. That's a recipe for illegal registrations and they know it. I personally hope that the head of ACORN is investigated and those that committed registration fraud are prosectued to the fullest extent. There's nothing more at the core of democracy than a LEGAL vote and ACORN isn't pursuing that.

That said, the effect of these crazy registrations will be minimal on election day. In most states, I believe you have to show a valid photo ID when voting. Also most states, including Ohio, have a 30 day pre-election deadline to register to vote. I'd find it hard to believe that any state would allow a person to register to vote and vote on the day of the election because it couldn't be verified.

Now I do think if someone isn't on the roll, they can cast a provisional ballot and then it's checked by the Sect. of State and it would be validated at that point. I think in 99.9% of cases, the system works.

Precisely.
Of course, the purpose of registration fraud is to enable voter fraud. Some may split hairs between those two, but at the end of the day, they both work hand in hand to undermine the integrity of the pool of votes cast, and to undermine the very democratic process itself in states all across America.

And with absentee voting being increasingly used all over the country, a person with a handful of fraudulent voter cards can vote 20, 30+ times, no questions asked, and avoid detection. That, of course, is the very intent.

As I said before, if we had a true justice system, the leaders of ACORN would be facing federal charges. With what they're doing, they're practically running a criminal enterprise .

I all ready did. Read the laws of Ohio for your self. Those that are saying registration forms sent in by Acorn are counted as actual votes are listening to Fox News and other right wing web sites that give misleading and false information.

I know, I know you will say MSNBC, CNN and left wing web sites give misleading and false information. Yes they all do.

Read the Laws for yourself
