Mounds



2 Boxes Powdered Sugar
2 Sticks Butter Room Temperature
21 Oz Coconut
Nuts As Desired
1 Can Condensed Eagle Brand Milk
2 -12 Oz Pkg Chocolate Chips
1 Block Paraffin Wax

Directions

Mix Sugar, Butter, Coconut, Milk And Nuts In Big Bowl. Use Hands To Mix. Shape Into Bars. Wrap In Wax Paper And Freeze Overnight. Melt Paraffin First; Add Chocolate Chips. Stir Until Melted. Cut Frozen Bars In Size Desired And Dip In Chocolate Mixture. Place On Wax Paper Until Dry.

Plantation Divinity

3 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
2/3 Cup Water
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
2 Egg Whites
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Cook Sugar, Syrup, Water And Salt Over Med. Heat To 252 Degrees. Beat Whites At High Speed For 3 Minutes. Reduce Speed To Low And Very Slowly Pour Syrup Into Whites. Continue Beating Until Glossy. Add Pecans And Vanilla. Continue Beating Until Peaks Are Formed

How about those pretzels coated in white chocolate and rolled in nonparils?
Man I love those anybody have a recipe?

My kids love to make these at Christmas!

We take either Almond Bark or White Chocolate Chips and melt them in the microwave. Then dip your pretzles with a fork and place them to dry on a large piece of waxed paper. I would think you would then sprinkle the nonparils on or as you said, roll them...just make sure they've cooled a bit.

I bought some of the pretzel sticks from church for gifts from a sister who sold them to raise funds for Mothers Memorial but I sure would love to make them myself.They were so nicely wrapped with a cute Valentines Ribbon.I could have eaten a ton of them but I refrained from it.lol..I am going to buy the stuff and
give it a try.The ones I bought were the large pretzel sticks.
