sweet potatoes we are planting

My Memaw Carrie used to fry them for me in butter and caramelized sugar. YUM! Here in the US I can now buy Sweet Potato French Fries!! Bake them in the oven and sprinkle with Splenda and Cinnamon. MMMMMMM! NOTHING better! Well, EXCEPT twice a year when my cousin makes sweet potato casserole topped with brown sugar, pecans and coconut at Thanksgiving and Christmas!

If you haven't figured it out yet. I LOVE 'EM!

I love sweet potatoes...love the casserole, the fries, and sweet potato pie is awesome.
