Speaking of $$... Is the Pastor's salary public information at CC?

I really like Dan Scott a lot. I just don't know what his endgame is when it comes to where he wants to take the church.
Most of what I hear over the pulpit I like and agree with. I think he is trying to slowly move the church toward a little more open / emotional worship without it going overboard and I like that.
Our big issue right now is where we live. We are 45 minutes from church and so between going to church, sitting at church for a couple of hours, and then driving home, it is very hard on my wife who has back and neck problems.
I love CC and don't want to change churches but my wife really wants to find something closer. The local church we like the best is just five miles from our house but it is a church that baptizes in the titles rather than Jesus name which I have a problem with. All of the preaching I have heard there has been right on the money and fantastic. It is a daughter work of a major Charismatic church near CC in Nashville. In fact CC uses a book co written by the pastor of the mother church as the curriculum for a CC class.
At this point I may go to CC's early service alone then rush to meet her at her church for their Sunday service!
Members only vote and until a few months ago CC had no members! They just made a big membership drive so they could meet the actual requirements of the church bylaws, etc when it comes to electing a new pastor.
I don't think they specifically list pastors salaries although one time about 8 years ago when Stan Mitchell was the Associate pastor in the middle of talking about something , I forget what, from the pulpit Pastor Hardwick turned to Stan and asked him what the churc had paid him the previous year and Stan said $112,000. I couldn't tell if they were serious or kidding. It would be in the range for a mega church of 4,000.
I do know the income of the church has been in the $5 million dollar range annually and that is what they spend on operations, missions, etc.
