Too bad they didn't ask D K Bernard, Dan Segraves, Ensey, or Treece to participate.

Actually, a second printing is in the works, and there are more contributors.

Have they hired a proofreader yet?

Re: In The Counsel of Many

1. Can a person have the Holy Ghost and be demon possessed at the same time? I don't think so, but, I don’t know for sure.
2. How can you determine if you are dealing with a person who is demon possessed, demon oppressed or a human spirit? Pray in the Spirit.
3. When you are at the altar with many around and there is a demon possessed person how do you handle the situation? Not a good place to handle it, too many unknowledgeable people to get in the way.
4. Can a Holy Ghost filled person have a generation curse on them? Only if they believe it.
5. Can objects be possessed? No, but they can be used by demon spirits.
6. Can you rebuke a spirit in your mind or only by speaking aloud? You must give voice to your command. Angels are not authorized to rebuke devils, but men are. You have power over devils, but not over other people.
7. Can you fight spirits in your dreams? Evil spirits can enter your dreams.
8. How can you tell if a dream is from God? Dreams from God will always be so vivid you will remember them. Most often they will be in color.
9. What is the cause for some Christians to have encounters with spirits attacking them while others don’t? People can become so focused on fighting demons that the demons are able to deceive them more readily. It makes demons able to become more realistic in that person’s mind. No demon can materialize and physically attack a human. Signs of physical signs of attack on a person, are not made by direct contact with a demon spirit. You cannot see a spirit with your physical eyes.
10. What authority do you have and how should you pray in regards to working with angels of the Lord? All angels are servants of the redeemed. They hearken to the voice of God’s word, so use scripture to command your angel to serve you.
11. Can you pass a spiritual gift to another? Yes, Paul imparted spiritual gifts to Timothy, through the laying on of his hands.
12. Can one person have all nine gifts and how can you determine what if any gifts you have, and how can you learn to use them properly? Nobody can operate in the gifts of the Spirit, unless they are first filled with the Holy Spirit. You don’t possess a gift. You operate in a gift, as the Spirit wills. You cannot push a button or flip a switch and operate a gift of the Spirit. They only operate as the Spirit wills.
13. What is the meaning and significance of passing your mantle to another, when this happens does the one passing the mantle lose it or share it? Elijah was the only one I remember who ever “passed a mantle”. ‘Nuff said?
14. What is the anointing of God? The Holy Ghost. It does not come and go. It does not wane. To pray for the anointing before preaching a sermon is scriptural ignorance. The anointing abideth in you. I (Jn 2:27)
15. How and when do you move up into another dimension of God? There is no dimension higher than the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. You can, however; train your spirit to hear the Holy Ghost more clearly.
16. Should you fast while you are in a spiritual battle? Fasting will help you to get rid of hardness of heart, and unbelief; thereby helping you to believe, but fasting does not move God one ounce.
17. How and when do you do spiritual battle? Resist the devil with the word of God and the name of Jesus. You don’t have to battle evil spirits, they have already been defeated by Jesus. The less you acknowledge them, the less they can affect you. Only people who give credence to them, are bothered by them. If you attach no value to a demon, it cannot touch you. It is extremely important not to do anything the devil says. Jesus did nothing the devil tried to get Him to do. Eve did. “To whom you yield your members servants to obey, his servants ye are.”
18. Can you fight the prince of your city whenever you want or only if God directs you to? I don’t think this is a scriptural exercise. You don't have to fight the devil, if you do you are going to lose. Jesus already defeated him. Your job is to remind him of that defeat. When a devil is above the earth’s atmosphere, he is out of your domain. When he comes down here on earth, the only power he has, is what he can trick somebody into letting him use. A controlling devil has to operate thru somebody, so my approach would be to try to reach that person/s with the gospel, and thereby negate his control over a city.
19. Is there a danger for a Holy Ghost filled person to go pray with a non Holy Ghost person at their church for revival? It is unscriptural to pray or fast for “revival”. That is a man made idea. If Christians would just tell people the good news (gospel), then “revival would automatically appear.
20. How can you KNOW the voice of God? Compare what is said to the word of God. God will never say anything extrascriptural. If it’s not written, then it’s not God. Ignore it. If someone gives you a word of prophecy, and you don’t already know it in your own heart, ignore it, without any fear. It is not of God. The primary way God leads His children today is to speak to their spirit. Not the pastor, not a prophet, not some well meaning friend.” They that are led of the Spirit of God, they are the son’s of God.” Greek is like Spanish in that things are said sounding backwards to us in English. “Sons of God are led by the Spirit of God.”(BLNEP)
21. How powerful is MANS word? If a man speaks God’s word in faith, it has the same power as if God Himself were speaking it. However; man’s doubt will make the word of God of non-effect for that man.
22. What is the fire of God? I don’t know how to describe the fire of God, but God’s fire always manifests in and affects the spirit of a man, whereas, the devil’s fire always manifests and affects the flesh of a man.
23. What hinders prayers from being answered? Doubt (unbelief) is number one. Strife. Unforgivness. Prayers that are not consistent with the written word of God.
24. Why is there so much sickness among us and why aren’t we seeing the complete healing of the people of God? Doubt which is the same as unbelief. Everybody has enough faith, but they can believe and doubt in their heart at the same time and the net effect will be zero.
25. What brings revival? Preaching the gospel to the lost.
26. Is there a price for being in the ministry and if so would you say the greater the price the greater the ministry? That’s just man’s works mentality. Jesus paid everything. If man does the work, it will be wood ,hay, stubble, also that man will try to take the credit.
27. Can you explain why some prophecies given do not come to pass as prophesied? False prophets. Sincere but ignorant people speaking out of their own hearts. Not from God.
