green tea is very constipating and is a good remedy for diarrhea.Remember
this if you are going to drink alot of it.Some days when I worked private
duty I would bring only a gallon of it and drink it all day.It sure did not do my
intestines any good.It gave me terrible stomach ache until I read that it is a cure for diarrhea.I found Rooibos tea to be better consumptionable and having the same benefits.

Earl Grey is my choice of hot tea.
Tea's usually only taste bitter if they are over steeped.

Teas like green teas should never be made with boiling water. The water should be just before a boil and not steeped too long

Coffee Bean and Tea leaf Co here in Ca has a strawberry cream green tea that is good

Also called Red tea...has more anti oxidants but no caffeine...also honey bush tea too.

White tea has more anti oxidants than green and less caffeine. Personally though I think Red tea tastes aweful

That's strange, Trouvere, because it is touted as being a good natural remedy for constipation. Maybe something else was causing you to be constipated?

I do not like red tea! I did recently try white tea, sweetened with a little honey, and I like it.

We talked about the Green Tea on NFCF and several women did comment that some brands of Green Tea were not as good. I've tried several and Lipton is the worst!

I use "Yogi Tea" (brand) from our natural food store. My favorite is the Bedtime Blend.

I keep a glass jar in the refrig with several bags of Horsetail, Chickweed, Alfalfa, etc. I like herbal tea.

I'm drinking Peppermint this morning because I'm still congested and it sure does make you feel better. Lord, this stuff is everywhere. A man in our church was in ICU and not expected to live. He's doing fine now. Praise the Lord!

Well personally I prefer loose leaf anyways over the bagged ground tea

However Lipton DOES make a green tea and a white tea that are ok, but not your regular square tea bags. They are really loose leaf teas put into special bags (not paper)
