Again, this wit says she couldn't make out words...just heard loud voices. Heard what sounded like "playing basketball on pavement."

30 seconds to call 911. That seems really fast to me, for calling about something that sounded like "playing basketball on pavement."

"Yelp" became "help" when first calling 911 in those 30 seconds.

Will John Goode (Good, Gude??) be a wit for the Pros or will he be a wit for the Defense? From the few witnesses from the condo, he's been identified as someone who likely has the best account of what happened, besides GZ.

This wit makes it sound as though he was outside when the gunshot happened...which means he should be able to testify as to how TM and GZ were situated; who was on top/bottom; if in fact GZ was getting his head bashed in enough to warrant killing TM.

****Update**** She said she didn't hear someone say "You're gonna die tonight, (curse)." Previously she said she did hear someone say "I have a gun" or "take my gun."

Unfortunately I lost the feed I was watching, so now I have to watch the Foxnews feed and listen to the talking heads. Wish they would just play the trial and shut up.

So Pros is alleging that this wit either follows GZ's brother on Twitter/FB, or has responded to GZ's brother on Twitter/FB...

She says no, Pros appears to be ready to show her some kind of evidence to the contrary...

So Pros said the wit was following GZ's brother on Twitter, and asked why. She said she doesn't believe she was and didn't know much about how to use twitter. Pros brought a laptop up to the stand and asked her why he was on a list. She then pointed out the button says "Follow," as in somehow he's a recommended person for her to follow...not that she's already following or in some way communicating with her. Twitter was suggesting she follow him.

Ruh roh...I sit in my office chair corrected. But I stand by my statement that the Pros is dumb.

After my last two posts above, I saw Twitter EXPLODE saying that in fact, the wit DOES follow @rzimmermanjr. She said she didn't believe she did, but her twitter account shows that she DOES follow him.

Now, it also shows she has ZERO tweets. She signed up for Twitter back in 2009 and hasn't posted anything. She also follows Mitt Romney, Donald Trump, Drake, the Kardashian women and over a hundred others -- mostly celebrities.

Now, did she perjure herself? IIRC, she said she didn't think she was following him...I don't believe it was a definite yes or no statement. I don't think it amounts to perjury, but it depends on the side. Everyone on TM's side says she should be guilty of perjury.
