On Sunday you can thank the umpires. Atleast the ESPN annoucers on Baseball tonight has the courage to stay that 2 calls late in the game were unacceptable calls.

That inning the Braves scored 4 runs. With a total of 5 outs....

You probably know that the Tribune Co. is selling the Cubs by the end of year, don't you? There are many groups coming forward to buy them, include the owner of the company that my wife works for! They're saying that the franchise could go for as much as 1 BILLION dollars! If my wife's boss wins, I can get GOOD seats!

I am SOOOO hoping that the Cubs can finish well and possibly go to the World Series! If they happen to win the World Series, I will be ready for the rapture of the church! I have begun to believe that either I would die, or the rapture take place before the Cubbies win it all! I may still be right!!
