Well are they going to call her back or not I know the defense was not finished with her? Why did she get to go home..We go from trying to hear audio and a possible impeachment to her going home...

Yah, that's confusing. West mentioned bringing her back at the end of the day, but I didn't see what the result of that negotiation was. Jury was sent out, then was brought back right away.

Wit says from the time she heard noises to the time she called 911 was "30 seconds." That was fast. She didn't see anything; couldn't hear words or what was going on; just heard noises on the pavement and grass.

30 seconds. That's pretty fast to call 911...especially when she had no idea what was really going on.

Pros asked if wit heard someone say "You're gonna die tonight (curse)" or "Someone call the police."

Wit said no.

Wit said someone said "I have a gun" and "take my gun."

Didn't wit say a few minutes ago she couldn't understand what was being said?
