Yell at him? Standing for truth? What are we, chopped liver, evil people who hate God?

I love posts like this. Dramatic words like "end times" "evil generation" and "stand for truth" just make it all the more better.

Welcome to the forum Bro Daniels. Feel free to contribute to the discussion.

I think you need to rethink this post - I don't see anyone yelling at him.

Brother, I don't wish to insult you, so I'll refrain... but do you have any idea who Blume is? What does "compromiser" mean? Do you have song books still or have you comprimised and see your lyrics on a screen? Do you have a choir or praise team? You compromiser! We didn't have those in the church decades ago! Do you know that your fathers in the Gospel, back to Azusa wore jewelry? Do you have a scriptural prohibition to support your position on Jewelry? Do you believe jewlery was a unique fashion item only to prostitutes? Was also red garments and fragrances? Did you get your doctrine against jewelry from the text, or did you already believe in hook, line and sinker and then do a keyword study to find anything you could about jewelry - and although it's just a prop in a story to describe a sensual woman, read-into the text to mean that therefore all make-up is wrong (nevermind that other things Jezebel was noted to wear here). Is there a way to wear make-up like a hooker and sensually and another way modestly?

Welcome to the forum. Take a stab at some of these questions.

Oh, I'll be contributing my friend. My mother told me about this forum last week about how so many people here are leaving the truth. These are the end times just like Jesus said would be. Wars and rumers of wars it's all here. you think it's a dramatic word? You sound like another compromiser. You need to get serious about God instead of just trying to sound smart brother.

I saw you yelling at him. Your talking about him throwing people under the bus. What are you gonna say when you all get something worse like thrown into eternal punishment!! That picture looks like you're wearing jezebel jewelry to me. Get your firesuit on sister!

What is strange is that the more we come against the beliefs of those that believe and speak as brodaniels does, the more they feel validated as being one of the few on the narrow path to heaven. The more we come against them, the more they feel validated that the devil is standing against them. Strange isn't it?

Well, rule #1 for thinking people is to not throw around labels, but considers people's positions based on the merit of what they have to say. So, your favorite word "compromiser" holds no academic weight. Compromise what? What do you mean? I'll give it to you that I need to remain sober about God, but I'd toss the advice back to you that you should try sounding smarter. It would make me trust that you take 1 Tim 2:15 more serious, and truly "have an answer for every man" of the hope you have. Repeating the cliches of your favorite preacher don't count.

Your mother? Is she a poster here? Do you live at home? End times? Yes, that is a theological age. Did you know that the entire NT community thought the return of Christ was imminent? Crazy huh. Did you know that when they wrote "wars, rumors of wars" that the world was in much worse chaos than today? It's so easy to interpret verses through our own, tiny little 21st Century lens.

I'll try to sound dumber, to please you, but do give me the liberty of having discussion. If you do, and you are willing to go to scripture, I think you will enjoy AFF.

When I yell you'll know the difference.

It's something like this:

What are you talking about?
