Peppermint oil does as well, a few drops in some hot tea really calms your stomach.

Forgot about the Peppermint! Where do you get the acupuncture bands? I Googled that and they said at a Health Food store.
I think they are called Accupressure Wrist Bands.

My friend got hers at a sporting goods store because they were used for motion sickness for boaters. This was several years ago.
By the way, never been pregnant but worked with lots of pregnant women!!!!!!

Thanks! Not to worry. She passes everything by her midwife. I told her about the Ginger tea. She passed that by, got the thumbsup, drank some - didn't help! LOL!

First choice for the shower theme! The colors are calming, but still fun.
Depending on how we feel after she finds out what she is going to have, we may decide on one of these themes.
