I just saw this...I have no idea if it's the same people. I'll send you a pm.

You know, last year I went with a mutual friend of ours and she did not have "throngs of people" trying to pray her through...she stayed at her pew and visited with a lot of people who were happy to see her again.

Out of respect, she wore a skirt and blouse...I do believe she wore her hair down, not up in a bun.

Come on, Carey...you know what I mean. She didn't look any different than the last time everyone saw her.

Nope, not really...except the rings on her fingers and nail polish...I'm almost positive she wore those.

I know what you mean though...you do look much different now than you did a few years ago. Honestly, I'm not sure how you'd be recieved, but if anyone has a shred of brains they will all welcome you with love and not criticism.

Interestingly enough, there's a young lady my husband and I have been working with at church. I asked someone about her, because we've not been here very long and am unsure about so much. Anyway, the lady told me that this young lady we are working with has been in and out of church so much...she sounded frustrated with her. I just told her not to worry that one of these days things will turn around and that she'll make it! One thing I've learned is that we must LOVE people! Regardless of what they have or haven't done, regardless of who they are or who they may not be. Jesus is concerned with each and every one of us. We must have compassion if we are going to be able to reach people and help lead them to Jesus.

In all reality, I don't think anyone would criticize me...to my face. I'm sure there would be warm greetings and well-wishes...but I guess I was just too long a part of the system to think that it would continue the minute I was out of earshot.

I hope you will be able the help that young lady!

Sister,
if thats your picture in the Avatar you don't look much different than alot of women who come to church where we worship and is a UPC church.Maybe its a perception you have been carrying. My pastor has been teaching on
the principal of the Kindsman Redeemer. We all love each other and are praying for each other...all eight hundred of us.

Yep, same folks. Pretty sad (and, just for the record I don't own any shorts, tank tops, or flip flops so I most obviously would not ever be wearing them out anywhere! oloroid That would frighten most anybody!)

They can just join in the shout and the celebration because I will be the one praying you back through to a good old fashioned Holy Ghost renewing!

So, when will you be there?
