Uhhhh...I think expecting your spouse to remain 100% faithful is a reasonable expectation. The way your post is worded, it sounds like you don't think anyone can remain faithful to their marriage!
Yes I expected it from my spouse!! But when she wasnt I didnt throw her away like an old shoe!! When she wasnt again and yet again I still did not throw her away! I came to the realization along with her that she had some severe issues and was later diagnosed with bi-polar disorder. If I had given up on her it would have torn an otherwise very good family apart! My point is we are the bride of Christ and we repeatedly fail to remain perfectly without sin. We are to forgive 7 times 70 which I was taught was infinetly. But even if it is 490 times would you be willing to forgive your spouse for that many indescretions??!!!

Or at least 10% faithful...Eldridge...

On a related note, I would like to thank Rush Limbaugh for thinking and speaking for me:
If you believe Rush Limbaugh, African-Americans are suffering from a collective malaise brought on by anger at President Obama's economic policies -- and the white women of the Tiger Woods scandal.
On Tuesday's edition of "The Rush Limbaugh Show," the right-wing radio firebrand sounded off on "the black frame of mind" and the disappointment he claims the African-American community feels toward the Obama presidency.
"The black frame of mind is terrible. They're depressed. They're down -- Obama's not doing anything for 'em. How is that hoax and change workin' for ya? They're all livid," Limbaugh said.
Blacks are "upset" and "feel abandoned" by Obama and, he added, "I'm sure Tiger Woods' choice of females [is] not helping 'em out with their attitudes there, either."

Stew,
What about the comments that Black American radio host, Tom Joyner has so say about Tiger, which is also cited in the linked article you posted.
Quote:
On the nationally syndicated Tom Joyner radio show, Woods was the butt of jokes all week.
"Thankfully, Tiger, you didn't marry a black woman. Because if a sister caught you running around with a bunch of white hoochie-mamas," one parody suggests in song, she would have castrated him.
"The Grinch's Theme Song" didn't stop there: "The question everyone in America wants to ask you is, how many white women does one brother waaant?"
