Though I'm a bit late to the party, I thought I'd contribute what I know to this point.

The NC District Superintendent, David Elms, announced in at his home church in Charlotte one week ago Sunday morning that it was a possibility that Sara Palin would speak at Thursday night's service. Though it was still being discussed at that point, there was one confirmed report circulating the district that the Republican Vice-Presidential nominee would attend.
I emailed a contact at the World Evangelism Center sometime last week about it, only to hear back that according to Bro Jerry Jones secretary, she was unaware that Sara Palin might be visiting.
Yesterday, I spoke with Pastor Nathan Elms, also of Charlotte, to get an update on the matter. As of last night, it was still unconfirmed that Sara Palin would attend. While her website does mention that she will be in Greensboro that same day for a fundraiser (as linked to in a previous post), it remains to be seen whether she will attend. He speculated that her campaign may feel that they already have "our" vote and chose to turn their focus elsewhere.
The head of the ushering staff is also out of the Charlotte church, so more information may be had, leading up to Thursday night's service.
