I know some regulars on here said they wanted to see the show but were not able. I have a few DVDs I am willing to share at no charge.
Please send a PM with your address, and I will try try to send you one.

SH,
That was a good article. I still think you should have made Tish attend church with you and then have the entire church shockamoo, surround her, and drag her to the altar!!!

LOL! Believe it or not, Church was not out of the question... We discussed incorporating Tish in the choir. It just did not work out. We live a distance from church. The first Sunday was centered around arrival, and the second was preparation for flying out.

You would have had to flown in a real screamer like JWD to get the full effect.
You could have made the Borat incident look like amateur hour!!!1

Since I know several posters here on AFF I promised to engage to answer any questions viewers of the show may still have.
I am sorry there are some strong opinions by the non-viewers of the show, but that is not really what this thread is about.
Daily we are getting feedback from viewers by e-mail, phone, letters, even flowers from the local community, and face to face personal contact with hundreds in our realm of influence. 99% of the feedback is positive, and we are sharing our faith.
Two people in our assembly have stated they were compelled to come back to church because they saw the show. Both had been absent in recent weeks.
Thanks to the show, today my wife had a personal bible study (and more to come) in our home.
Also, today I had a Highway Patrolman (whom I don't know) come up to me in a restaurant and thank me for being a witness and standing strong for my faith on the show.
Also, today I had personal discussions about God with four other people - two were strangers.

It is very important for Christians to be led of the Holy Spirit, it sounds like you were, and I commend your bravery. I have not seen "your" show, however I will given the opportunity. It is a foreign idea for many Christians to hear God and to go against the grain because they believe the Lord has given the opportunity and have equipped them to do something of this nature. May God bless and guide you in all He is doing in the lives of those around you.

How would I know anything about Borat's preaching style? Is he from the South somewhere?

Stephen
The part of the show that I admired the most is when the visiting mom brought the keg of beer into your house for the video party-that you responded by getting your girls and heading out the door.
What in the world was the mom thinking???
Kudos for standing up and doing the right thing, made for good drama too
