Also, for the record, I'm pretty sure he keeps his retirement.
Yup. I took what he said in the video to mean they had just stopped contributing to it not that he was not going to get it when he turns 65 or whatever the designated age is.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

A refusal to step down claiming legitimate, lifetime rule
Claims of election fraud
A race to license ministers, for votes, on both opposing sides
A Servant Woman, a girlfriend, allegations
A national board calls on General Board
IPUM schism, a split that claims nearly 50%.
Allegations of mishandled funds
Youtube videos defending the fort
General board strips missionary appointment
Pride, a fiefdom crumbles.
I find this to be very vague and accusatory/subjective with out real proof ,HOWEVER if he told the board i answer to no one but God etc.then i'm sorry that is wrong,we all have someone here on earth that we have to be mentored by and submissive to, Bishops ,Pastors everyone,if this proves to be a large number ,not just a few lunk heads politicking on the side etc. then i'm sure he and i hope he will, reconsider and step aside gracefully, leaving it in the new generations hands, as he has done in several other countries,i don't see T Wynn allowing this to progress to a massive split,i doubt seriously that he reads this forum however if he did, i would hope he could take some advice from someone, perhaps many someone's in his past and step away and continue to pastor his fairly large work in Mexico City.I can think of very few alive that have his legacy,Bennie Demerchant to name one, these type of men are near prophet status imo, i'm sure there are others i don't know, I am sure T Stew could name several. Just my opinion ! I still don't like the way it went down, but it is what it is and there is no going back sadly !!

Unsubstantiated tripe.
A cowardly attack from the shadows.
You've attacked a man by name, why don't you step out into the light and attach your name to this shameful post?

Hey nostradamus everyone knows he got married on the rebound, so he was incredibly lonely, after being married to a princess of a lady/christian ,big deal, so he fell in love with someone who was a childhood friend/widow whose minister husband dropped dead , that was probably known to his late wife .So she changed her mind for what ever reasons , don't bother to try to prove it its not a secret !!

Something that is never mentioned by him or the UPCI is why they wanted him to step down to begin with. DKB mentioned that the UPCI was at a disadvantage, not being able to spell out all the facts in order to protect the innocent, and that Drost was able to exploit this weakness by making his YouTube videos. Drost has also accused other missionaries in Mexico of things that are absolutely false. Anyone that has to smear someone else's character to protect his own should not be trusted. To me, if he really cared about Mexico, he would have been like the "real mother" of the child Solomon wanted to divide and would have departed in peace, trusting God to vindicate him in the end. All I see here is another Jimmy Swaggart, self absorbed and thinking that revival can't happen without him.
I knew there was a problem when I went to the Mexican General Conference last year and they had a woman in tight pants and plunging neck line on the platform singing, "Holy, holy, Holy..God in three persons. Blessed Trinity"! I kid you not!! David Wilkerson once said that when a minister is harboring secret sin, his discernment departs. Looks like Ol' Dave was right!!
