Right. That's why it's best to trust the authorities on this, until we have reason to second guess them.

Well no, I just think the current evidence points to Philip R. Greaves II as the "alleged" author of the book, "The Pedophile's Guide to Love and Pleasure: a Child-lover's Code of Conduct". Law enforcement believes they enough evidence to make the arrest. No doubt his attorney's will say he is innocent by reason of insanity or that he can write whatever he wishes...
"People first" applies to victims too. For example Fort Hood: Hasan is the perpetrator, he should not be "first" before or after the trial.
If Hasan wrote a how to guide for murder of innocent kids he should be charged...
And yes, molesting children should be treated as seriously as attempted murder IMO.

Absolutley! The damage done is horrendous. How anyone could possibly consider hurting a child is mind boggling and the laws of this land should protect each child....vigorerously.
And good point, "people first" applies to victims.
