Re: American Idol
Here is my take on last nights AI.
Anoop- He did a lot better than last week. He does have a great voice.
Alexis Grace- She did way better than what the judges gave her credit for. I thought she did a great job.
Michael- He has a good voice but his performace was not all that.
Scott- Seriously, he should not be there. There are others who were let go with awesome voices. I do however love his life story.
Megan- Another person who should not be there. Her voice sounds the same in every song. Her voice reminds me of the type of music they play at Starbucks. LOL!!! It's not a bad voice, just not versatile.
Kris- I just don't know why his voice bores me.
Lil- I like her voice but it sounds the same, again not versatile.
Matt- I'm liking him more every week.
Allison- She has a great voice for being so young. I enjoyed her song.
Adam- All I can think about is "screamer." I felt the creeps when he was singing that song. He does have a great voice for Broadway. Can he ever sing a song without screaming? Ok so we know he can hit the high notes but it really is annoying when he does that every week. I think someone forgot to tell him it was country week. Ok so I know that he did not have to sound totally country, but he was far from singing a lick of country.
Danny- Saving the BEST for last. He can sing anything. That is what I like about him. His voice is verstile, not annoying.
My picks for the one being voted off today are:
Scott
Megan
Kris

Out of all the country songs in the book.
Why did most of them choose such recent songs?

Watching this now it doesn't seem as awesome as it did when I watched him sing it live on the show. It's a cover of Live's version, which is much better. I do love Daughtry, though.
Adam's version of Ring of Fire was just creepy to me. I didn't like it at all. It just plain seemed kinda satanic or something. Very disturbing, IMO.

Anoop was really good .
Alexis Grace- She did way better than what the judges gave her credit for. I thought she did a great job.
Alexis was awful , she will be in the bottom 3 and may be gone
Michael- He has a good voice but his performace was not all that.
He will be lucky to stick around another week or two
Scott- Seriously, he should not be there. There are others who were let go with awesome voices. I do however love his life story.
Scott is incredible , you can feel his heart when he sings but he won't finish in the top 5
Megan- Another person who should not be there. Her voice sounds the same in every song. Her voice reminds me of the type of music they play at Starbucks. LOL!!! It's not a bad voice, just not versatile.
Megan is super cool and jazzy
Kris- I just don't know why his voice bores me.
Kris has a great voice but is always forgettable
Lil- I like her voice but it sounds the same, again not versatile.
Lil is not all that , she is a Fantasia wannabee
Matt- I'm liking him more every week.
Matt was stellar and could be in the top 4 or 5
Allison- She has a great voice for being so young. I enjoyed her song.
Allison was not very good but is definitely safe for a while
Adam- All I can think about is "screamer." I felt the creeps when he was singing that song.
Adam is not country at all but will be in the top 3 and could win it all
Danny- Saving the BEST for last. He can sing anything. That is what I like about him. His voice is verstile, not annoying.
Danny is a top 3 finisher and will give Adam a run for his money
My picks for the one being voted off today are:
Scott
Megan
Kris

It was disturbing. And I agree that it seemed satanic. One of the men at work today described it as witchy.

I really hope he's gone soon; he's just too weird. He does have talent, but he just looks evil.

I have to agree, I am not sure what it was, but I did not feel all that great after hearing him sing that song..

Neck, do you know Danny? I guess he's the worship leader at the Pruett's church in Milwaukee.

Re: American Idol
I am totally grossed out!!! I can not believe Alexis did not make it. Megan being sick is a sour excuse. Even when she's not sick, she does not come close to Alexis Grace's voice. I now am starting to believe that AI is rigged!!! Megan, Scott, Kris, and Adam need to go....seriously. Till next week

He acts like he's a Spirit-filled person!!! Is this a Spirit-filled church? I really like him...hope he goes far...I think he will.
It was amazing after watching the performances on Tuesday, that there aren't a lot of really good vocals this year...
That Adam is psycho...his version of ring of fire gave me the absolute creeps. Zoe started crying...lol
