chik-fil-a salad - I'm on my own too... but I've put in enough hours this week that the weekend began 2 hours ago!

I love their salad with the Southwestern stuff on it. It doesn't even need dressing, with that black bean salsa.

I always have them swap out the croutons and give me the tortilla strips no matter which salad I get. Last time I was there a cow chased me out of the drive through. The kids loved that.

My son likes to pull up in on a Sunday, and wait for other cars to get in line behind him.

I vacillate between admiring them for taking a stand and closing on Sundays.....and being aggravated when I am really craving a big cold Caffeine Free Diet Coke on Sunday afternoons and they're the only ones around that have them!!!

Tonight - homemade Beef Stroganoff. It's been cooking since noon, so it will be really tender by dinner.
