Absolutely nothing. Trying to heal a bout with Diverticulitis.

My second week on clear liquids.

Dude... my thoughts are with you.

I'm looking forward to leftovers or a TV dinner. Kids are all gone to some sort of compromising campmeeting. We took in several orphans in preparation this past week, now that the house is empty we're too tire to cook.

Not sure that I ever had a TV dinner in my life - but even that sounds good right now!

Brown rice & plain chicken breast, water and cranberry juice.

I'm attempting to drop 30 lbs. before school starts in a month and a half... tonight just happens to be the one night everyones eating steak and ice cream

Grilled pork chops, corn on the cob, new potatoes, green beans, and dinner rolls. Yum!

When I come to TN. in august I need to stop at your place at dinner time.
