I believe that the elders of the church have the authority to admonish, rebuke, and to correct the flock, that includes all of our wives.
In my opinion, as long as a woman has the support of her husband and the elders of the church, her ministry is in order. Not much unlike it is with men. As long as a man has the calling of Christ (his husband) and the support of the elders, his ministry is in order.

Sorry, but that would include only a minister's OWN wife,
and apparently YOURS!
"...the head of EVERY (plural) man is Christ; and the head
of the woman (singular) is the man (singular). And we can
add: "Wives, submit yourselves unto your OWN husbands as
unto the Lord."
You are giving the Ministry a place that does not belong to them.

Re: The UPCI Ordains Women Pastors?
Is prophecy public ministry in the church ? Paul instructed women could and should prophecy at church. If prophecy is not usurping, why is teaching usurping ?

"But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority
OVER THE MAN, but to be in silence."
Why, Beloved? The scriptures should be sufficient. The Apostle
John teaches on three stages in the Christian life: the child, the
father, and the young man. (1 Jn 2) There are also three phases
that we see as learning phases (which I will list in the reverse
order: "...the edifying of the body of Christ, for the work of the
ministry, and for the perfecting of the saints." (Eph. 4)
The "...common salvation..." and the gifts of the Holy Spirit, of
course, are for the entire Church to be exercised therein; as is
the authority given to the Church in Mk 16. But the Ministry,
itself, belongs to "...holy men of God spake...".
If the Church does not know the difference between ministering and
the Ministry, or between the headship between Christ and men, and
husband and wife, it is a sad day!

I am continually amazed how people can live in the 20th century, drive cars, use technology, etc. And still hold to a 1st century mind set. All because of the way they read scripture in such a literal fashion.
But the problem is they are not consistent they pick and choose what they deem is applicable to us today. Yet condemn everyone else if they do not see things the same way they do.
