What is new to the UPCI is there are more ministers not willing to put up with much of those same old issues.

As more quality ministers leave the organization and band together to create network of churches and friends.

As they see success in ministry is not limited to a confining organization.

The more the UPCI will lose it's effective grip on folks.

Sometimes, things we pay attention to more than others makes a difference.

For instance, there are some on here who think there are more dictator pastors than not. There are some who think pastors preaching standards is becoming a thing of the past and they want more of it. There are some who completely disagree with one or both of those statements.

It just depends on what you look at and where you are and who you listen to.

I get what your saying but over the 20 years I have been associated with Pentecost, I can see a big change in what is viewed as important. Overall, not just with certain people or places.

I was raised in a church that had a dictator as pastor. I left that church 20 years ago, after I became of age.

I see changes taking place too, but for the better, overall.
