The Carson camp can be as angry as it wants, but it needs to suck it up. They’re the ones who generated national headlines that Carson was going back to Florida. They are the ones who should have known how the media would read such a story. That they did not is another reflection of a campaign stuck in amateur hour. Politics ain’t beanbag and Cruz’s campaign operates at a faster pace than Carson’s, whose campaign moves even slower than Carson speaks.

Louder with Crowder just posted a video from when Cruz was running for Senate. It is Cruz answering whether he supports a pathway to citizenship and basically his view on immigration in general.

This should go viral, but I doubt msm and especially Megyn Kelly or FoxNews care for the truth.

I expect Trump and Carson will be hitting Cruz tonight on the Iowa win.
But Carson is looking more dishonest by the day, IMO.

Cruz did very well, especially with the question about the Carson issue. Very Presidential.

Not so much Carson though. He rolled his eyes and wasn't gracious at all. Carson mentioned a hypothetical race again HRC as being him versus deceit....yet Carson's engaged in the very deceit he declared to be against.

Ted had a GREATTTT night tonight. Ben, is done. He needs to stop pointing fingers when HE is solely responsible for generating the headline due to his confusing campaign strategies. And CNN needs to stop lying that they never said he was dropping out. Just because they didn't say "dropping", doesn't mean that they were not strongly implying it.

Just got this a minute ago, but everyone wants to focus on Cruz.

In a nutshell, CNN is using a Chris Moody Tweet saying that Carson is staying in the race. The Cruz camp were going on the cable news reports that most people watch.

So, that is where the confusion has come in.

Anyway, Carson didn't help himself whining and playing the victim card last night. Carson needs to stop. He wasn't going to poll any different than he did.

Konni Burton is a Texas State Representative who spoke for Ted Cruz at the Iowa caucus. She didn't know anything about the CNN story. No one around her knew about it, and what's more, Carson didn't even have a surrogate there. He is running a confusing campaign at best. He didn't even know when to walk out on stage last night. He seems to be full of self-importance. I used to like him but now he is turning me off, big time.

At no point during this debate did Ted Cruz reference the Moody tweets at all. At no point during the debate did he claim that CNN said Carson was suspending his campaign. He referred solely to the on air segment by Tapper and Bash, and characterized it completely accurately.
