Too bad ya all couldnt make some money off us city folk, I have never had deer meat before--I have been very curious about it though!
Its very good when processed and prepared right. If its not processed and prepared right, it can be very bad. Thats why we do our own. Except for sausage and a few other things, we do it all ourselves.
Its also very healthly. I have high cholesterol issues. Venison is best for me.

I love venison. I just made venison chili last week, in fact. A dad of one of my daycare kids goes hunting, but he hates venison or any wild meat. So he shares nicely. Lucky us!!!

Well when we lived in Idaho, i was looking forward to Keith getting into the hunting culture because of the meat. Keith is quite a cook and thought he'd do good with this new menu. He always does his research when approaching something new, now that we moved--I guess its on hold.

I just finished eating venison chili that LR made over a week ago.
That stuff gets better with age.......LOL!
