Talk about election fraud!! Though MOW encouraged his supporters to vote for Hoover, it would appear he has taken it upon himself to subvert the will of the electorate and count for himself the votes cast for another candidate. It is obvious my opponent will go to any length to be elected, even vote stealing. He has used his position to surreptitiously change votes, this man is not worthy to hold such high office as his ambitions obviously get in the way of his judgment.

I cannot believe this! I have been PMed certain information that leads me to believe that the collusion between MOW and Hoover arrises to the level of High Crimes and Misdemeanors!

Now we need to find out exactly what it "cost" for MOW to assign his votes to Hoover!

I demand a trial, conviction, and impeachment of BOTH candidtes!

Baron, that is just needlessly offensive hate speech. As you well know, both the Chimney Party and the Pastor Party have guidelines in place to accomadate transfers of delegates. While it's true, there is no full commitment guarantee until the convention it'self, it stands to reason there will be more movement coming into the party than exiting to another party. People are looking for the "strength through humility" found in the HOOVIE ticket, not the old worn out sarcasm from within the DC beltway!

While there is little room in our party for sarcasm, consider this an open invitation to join us... We have been feilding calls from your own delegates and they too desire the refreshment of a winning team.

Sir, consider this notice that you and MOW and your respective parties are now under investagation for collusion, vote tamerpering, voter fraud and vote buying!

COUNT ONE(Obstruction of Justice)
THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:
1. At times material to this indictment: Defendant's Employment and Responsibilities
Beginning on or about August 26th, 2008, and continuing through the date of this indictment, defendant MOW & SH , was employed as an administrator on Apostolic Friends Forum (AFF). In the course of his work, SH had frequent access to classified information and frequently spoke with officials of the administration, as well as other government officials, regarding sensitive election material
In connection with his role as a senior administration official with responsibilities for national election matters, SH held security clearances entitling him to access to votes that have been cast for all candidates. As a person with such clearances, SH was obligated by applicable laws and regulations, including Title 18, United States Code, Section 793, and Executive Order 12958 (as modified by Executive Order 13292), Not to tamper with the votes of the people. On or about August 26th SH did illegally transfer votes that were cast from one candidate to another.

2. On or about August 26, 2008 and contrary to the laws set forth by the FEC SH has transferred votes from MOW to himself. This is a violation so serious that it threatens the future of our Republic here on AFF. Never before have we seen such brazen attempts to steal an election been attempted here in our Apostolic corner of the world.

3. Stephen Hoover as an administrator on AFF has threatened to ban certain individuals if they did not vote for him or allow the transfer of their vote from MOW. Voters have been turned away from the polls when they came to vote simply because they were not voting for the “right candidate”.

4. In exchange for throwing his votes to Stephen Hoover, MOW has been offered the position of Attorney General a clear violation of the FEC.

I appreciate the confidence in those voting for me however due to my time contraints I decline and would like to give my delegates to Baron since he reminds me of Obama. He is for change he doesn't know what to change but he is for it.

They good people of the AFF are standing with me and see strange coincidences as even I am myself.

ON 8/26/08 ("on or about" my foot!) An opponent of mine took it on himself to invent an alias - "JosephABanks".

#2.
He then billed himself as "Special Council" and sent out Press Releases to major media outlets. When not taken seriously by them he started his own tabloid called AFF Scandal.

Electronic records show he then had the audacity to vote in the election and place a new delegate under his own name.

Folks, thank you for standing with MOW and I. Be assured, we have nothing to hide.
It is comforting, in a strange way, to see such bizzare fabrication by the DC SHARKS. They fear the people, and especially they fear the hardworking peasants who value honesty, truth, and the work ethic that makes AFF great.

Again I assure you this "investigation" will come to naught. The candidates and their respective parties have made provision for the transfer of delegates, legally, and without reproach. Consider this nothing more than a last ditch, desparate attempt to derail a frontrunner.
