No way!

But it does start in the kitchen, you know...or at Dillard's.

Wise husbands understand this.

Christian wives do not deliberately withhold as a means of control. I can truthfully say that is something I have never done.

However, there is no intimacy when the relationship is bad. How is that possible? You have to resolve issues before you can be close in any capacity, sexual or otherwise. That isn't withholding--that's just common sense.

But I've never said anything remotely close to: "You won't get sex until you ______."

Sometimes they do withhold as part of the game and if both are playing it at the same time I think it's fine.

Nope - I don't believe it's ever right.

...I didn't mean that quite like it sounded.

I don't think games are necessary in marriage. I think honesty and communication and sharing/solving problems together is much better. Flirting is good, though.

Flirting is what I define by games. Thank you for pointing that out. I would have needed and wanted to clarify that. Games/flirting are good and healthy if both are playing. I'll be married 21 years this summer. We have not changed. We still enjoy each other's company. Well, as long as he isn't home from work for too many days in a row.
