There seems to be some discrepancy in all of the reports. See Snopes.

Never-the-less, one should wonder why the president thinks revealing these documents to public review poses such a personal threat to himself and/or to his office.

I would recommend that when the Republicans regain control of the House of Representatives, one of the first orders of business would be to hold impeachment hearings, where the now siting president either produce the required documents or resign. Failure to do either, it would be up to the Senate to impose a judgment against the president, including his removal from office.

However, there are two stumbling blocks in the way. First, if the Dem's continue to hold the majority in the Senate, then don't expect much of a judgment.Perhaps 30 days with out pay? The second stumbling block is look who is next inline for the job. Is he any better than what we've got?

I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets so I
googled the supreme court, typed in Obama Kagan, and guess what? Yep you got it. Snopes lied.
Everyone of those dockets are there. So Here is what I wrote Snopes:

WND article about Elena Kagan and Barak Obama dockets. The information you have posted stating that
there were no such cases as claimed by WND and the examples you gave are blatently false. I went directly
to the Supreme courts website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that
WND made reference too. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.

Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them.

Once again the Senate sold us out.

Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court.... Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him
filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it? The American people mean nothing any longer.. It's all about payback time for those that compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there. We should be getting so sick of all of this nonsense.

I think the original post was concerning some documents that were released (made available), not about all of the court challenges over the past year and a half to obtain them There is now a scheduled court martial in October, where a medical officer (Lt. Col.) is refusing further deployment until the current Commander in Chief is proven to be the legitimate head of the military chain of command. So far, he has been denied access to both the documents and to enter into evidence any testimony of anyone who might have had access to those documents.

I still think congress should demand all of these documents, then to take whatever action the results of the hearings require.

Well this one should nail him since the other dozen court cases, including another similar case, Cook vs. Obama ... have flopped miserably.

It's all a gov't conspiracy ... starting from the top and with the a complicit judicial branch ... even the Supreme court which has dismissed 3 cases.
