•Poll taxes

•Literacy tests

•“Grandfather” clauses

•Suppressive election procedures

•Black codes and enforced segregation

•Bizarre gerrymandering

•White-only primaries

•Physical intimidation and violence

•Restrictive eligibility requirements

•Rewriting of State constitutions
Don't confuse them with the facts, let the ignorant be ignorant still.

The people that you are accusing of being radical and extremist are the backbone and the character of this country. Beck is an entertainer, unfortunately giving the left the opportunity to present him as a nut.

This popular uprising may be the salvation of this nation. I will stand with folks who call on the name of God, and Jesus,(even though I don't agree with them 100%) against the popular leftist agenda of the UN and Demos in the state house. Even though I may not agree with them completely. Take your pick, because nutty third party canidates will only insure the worst of the worst of being elected.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
