Eye surgery (again) tomorrow

Please remember me in prayer, I go in for my second vitriectomy (right eye this time) tomorrow. One would think that going through it before would lessen the dread somehow.... it doesn't.

The only bright point is the knowledge that me and mr percosett will be going away together for a few days following and then I will be able to see again out of both eyes.

Thanks!

Great Lord God,
We humbly ask that you would be with Bro. John Atkinson as he
goes for this second eye surgery. Guide the hands of those who will
be doing the surgery. We thank You for the strong confidence we can
have in You! We Bless and Praise Your Great and Wonderful Name!

May the surgery be totally successful and the healing be quick and complete.

Re: Eye surgery (again) tomorrow

I survived and the surgry went as planned,. I was doubly blessed in that the so-called" conscious sedation" put me all the way unde. I was out the whole time, coming to as he was wrapping up. When I went thrugh the same surgery on my left eye in March I was conscious for the whole thing and the local anesthetic wore off while the surgeon was still digging around in my eye...not pleasant

thanks for the prayers!!!!
