Re: Chili Recipe
Cincinnati has its own chili.
Here they eat chili over spaghetti.
You can also get
spaghetti
chili
beans
chopped onions
shredded cheese
It's called a "5 way' and I've learned to love it

Re: Chili Recipe
Check this out
http://whatscookingamerica.net/Beef/CincinnatiChili.htm
It explains Cincinnati Chili
The big chains here are Gold Star and Skyline.
Gold Star places are run by Jordanians (I think) and Skyline is run by Greeks.
Whenever any of you come to the Cincinnati area, let me know and I'll treat you to a five-way and a couple of cheese coneys. You can get an extra order of grated cheese to add on and you might want to use some hot sauce too.

Re: Chili Recipe
Lord have mercy, Brother Eastman don't listen to these people trying to tell you to put noodles in chili.

The easiest and best I have found is 2 Alarm Chili mix. It has everything you need, and more than some want.
No noodles or rice!
I like to put if over fritoes and add some cheese making a Frito pie.
