It will be a non-issue long before this time frame would elapse. TV and internet are basically merged as one now...

Of course...if TV does go away, I am sure that we will leave all prohibitions in the manual in place...just to make sure in case it ever comes back...

There was a rumor that he was going to speak on the floor of GC last year, but the issue was never really debated. It was sent to committee instead.

I believe they will present their "findings" to the voting consituency.

IMO, if it doesn;t pass, some of the members on the committee will go ahead and do what they want and stay in the organization.
