Pray for son Arlei and group

Our son Arlei and his group that came or the convention from the jungle area left heading back this morning. They have several days travel and much is over very dangerous roads. Please remember them in your prayers for their safety. Thanks. The two that came with them recieved the Holy Ghost at convention and one was baptized from there. The other one he had already baptized become coming.
We traded their old van for a used truck which we hope will hold up better back in the interior land. We hope the truck runs ok and they have no trouble on the road.

Arlei is such a sweet son and his wife is a sweetheart too. Their two children are precious and I really miss them but I want them to be in the will of the Lord. They do seem happy in this new work so that means a lot to me. It is very primitive where they are at.

Sis. A-- how did your granddaughter finally adjust to life in the jungle? I have thought of her often, how hard it was to leave the familiar to head out there into the unknown. Did she ever get the things that she needed/wanted for her bedroom?

Sherri, she has had a hard time but she has made a good friend and the girl was baptized so slowly she is adjusting. It has been very hard on her for they were always with us since she was born...the adjustment has been hard but God is giving her grace. It is sooooooooo different where they are and so primitive...life is very hard.
She cried a lot during convention and really cried when she told me goodby yesterday. Please keep praying for her. Thanks for your love and concern for us.

Eddie grew up in a mud hut in the jungle, but of course that's all he ever had known at that point. If he had been forced to go back after experiencing an easier lifestyle, it would have been very hard. I will definitely pray for her!!!
